George has always been involved with International Businesses in Cyprus and he has gotten involved in the Real Estate market in the recent years.
When George is not with clients you will find him connecting and growing the company’s database of available property in the Larnaca and Famagusta regions and finding solution on daily matters.
George’s previous experience includes working for some of the largest international brands by bringing them to market in Cyprus.

Michael comes from a Sports and Education background and has been involved in a variety of projects.
Having lived the majority of his life in the Larnaca region Michael has a clear understanding of the key areas and through his knowledge can guide clients.
Michael holds a degree in Sports Education and is still actively involved in the sports scene in Cyprus.

Eva Gkenakou has over 20 years experience in the real estate sector, specialising in sustainable development, including green buildings. Eva is born and bred in Athens, Greece, and she has returned to Athens from the UK which enables her to have a great understanding of the current property market in Athens. Eva is the Partner at Moneyhill Properties in Athens and CEO of Prosperia Consulting, a business focusing on sustainability and ESG consulting. Her education includes a Chemistry degree , an Environmental Engineering MSc and a Chemistry PhD from the University of Southampton.
